Hello All.
Well, UPS just delivered my GS3 - a couple of quick questions
1. I set the brew boiler to 200.2, but it seems to never climb higher than ~197. What gives?!
2. I bled the group head, tightened it down, then noticed after 5 or so shots the bleed screw seemed to be leaking. Tightened it down now and it seems to be done. Anyone else have this happen?
3. When not brewing, brew pressure seems to hover just under 12, paddle on drops it a bunch, and holds steady at 9 for the shot. Normal?
Many thanks!

1. This is normal. The offset only applies to the displayed boiler temp (which I still don't understand why LM hasn't fixed yet). When you are setting the temp, you need to figure the offset added. IOW, if your offset is -3 and you want a brew temp of 200, then you would set the brew temp to 203 (X -3 = 200).
2. No problem as long as it isn't leaking now.
3. Normal
