Where is it leaking from? If it's dripping out the end of the wand because it isn't sealing, see Where can I find a replacement stem for compression steam valve?

Chris' Coffee FAQ #18 Andreja Premium: What makes their valves superior most? has good photos of the valves disassembled.

When ordering this replacement stem make sure to add in a blister of Dow 111 lube as well. You'll need them both to make this repair. Note, this is not a Chris Coffee or Quickmill sourced part. Stefano carries these for repair of Isomac machines. That being said, I repaired my original style Anita steam valve with this parts with no problem at all. AFAIK, this is a fairly standard part uses in many compression-style valves. However, there was one poster who reported that their valve was harder to turn after using this part for a repair. Never heard if that resolved itself or not. The safest bet is to buy a full replacement valve assembly from Chris Coffee, but I wasn't willing to spend the 40 bucks when a $15 part could fix my problem.

I was replacing the stock wand on my Anita today with a no-burn wand when the spring sprung out of the assembly together with the metal washer. I had no clue on how to assemble them back until I found this extremely helpful page with diagrams:

Hope this helps.
