Hi all,

I usually do not cross-post, but I thought I'd refer to this one I posted on CG in case anyone's interested. The more detailed commentary on my GS3 is on my blog.

Hey, Teme- saw the post on CG. Hope you figure out the brew pressure and get it dialed in. Don't feel too pressured, but the eyes of the entire world of wanabe home-barista's are upon you!

Good luck with the new machine, and we're all awating the great reports... not to mention your next grinder acquisition!

Ray (finally got tired of waiting and just ordered a Mazzer Kony, BTW!)

Hi Ray,

Thanks! The machine is now up and running. The shots are already coming out nice and tasty. Now I can get into fine tuning things to make the shots even better

I would go for the Kony in a second if it didn't have a doser and if it wasn't so tall. I am giving the Versalab some serious thought, though...

I'm considering the same thing, so please share your thoughts and decisions on your blog or in the forums.

Congratulation on your new machine

Best regards

I'm on the list for the GS3, Versalab grinder arrived this week. The Versalab is very impressive so far, distribution is no longer an issue. My Mazzer Mini is now relegated to grinding for drip. <g>
