Hello again coffee people!

Well, today I started taking the beast apart. Numbered and photographed about everything.

Got it down to bare frame and opened up the boiler because living in Canada, HX rupture was a concern for me... And you could have guessed it, one of the HX is ruptured.

A few questions here :
-Where do I purchase a new HX? Do the regular parts site carry these?
-Should I replace both of them for good measure?
-Have any of you had the frame re-zinc plated? I'm thinking of sending it to a zinc place to have it redone
-The black panels seem to be solid copper. Is it the case? If it is, I would probably strip them back to copper and put some sort of a sealer on it. Any recommendations on this type os sealer (to keep a lasting polished copper look)
-The boiler wall where the HX was fixed is bent out of shape. I was thinking of fabricating some sort of a screw driven circular clamp to bring it back into shape. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance everyone!

Oh! And another question...

The pump and motor need to be replaced.

Any thought on mounting the new pump and motor onboard? I think there is room in there for it, what would be keeping me from doing so?

Thanks!
