Hi,

Ive just joined this forum, I am really stuck with my Ascaso Steel Uno, when I go to make a coffee the water just spills out the sides and when I tried it without the coffee you can see that its spilling out the sides of the
seals and the water is not just flowing out of the centre.

I got onto Ascaso and they sent me replacement seals but no help on how to install them, I dont even know how to fit the large seal, I forced the old seal out with a screwdriver. There is no one selling Ascaso in Ireland so im really stuck.

Could someone take time to simply describe how to correctly fit the seals, It would be great

Hi Ray

If you have already removed the old seal it should be easy replacing it. All you have to do is to clean the head and slide in the new seal.

I am just a bit worried about the fact that it is leaking without any coffee in the Portafilter.
If the new seal does not do the trick try taking a photo of where the leak is.
