The scace2 measures the pressure, and temp, can it do the measuring while doing the extraction?

I have seen the 49th parallel have similar set up by using fluke thermometer with scace2, so we can read actual temp during the extraction. anyone can enlighten some details on how to set it up? it seems has wire actually goes to group head.
