Hey Everyone, Ive been happily enjoying my 07 3EE Linea I restored ( didn't take too much) for 3 years and WOW no issues! what a machine! Ive added PID and even a variable inline delay rheostat to allow a little line pressure before pump kicks on.. mmmm NICE! anyway.. now I have a little time to work on my next plan... wiring the brew boiler and steam boiler to the contractor and 3 way switch that gives me a OFF/BREW/STEAM-BREW has anyone done this and is it pretty easy? the other idea would be just to add a steam boiler inline toggle but Im not sure which switch will work... do I need a 240v 30amp or 40amp toggle? seems easy enough but Ive considered adding a relay and a switch but thats just more cost and may not be necessary...
