If it is sealed now, of course just leave it be.
Further, there is no reason to drain the brew boiler unless it might be exposed to freezing temperatures or it will sit for months or years on end. Otherwise, just leave it turned off without draining it. You can always replace the water in it by flushing it out through the group. If you don't drain the boiler there will be no need to release and retighten the bleed screw.
