La Marzocco GB/5 EE Programming Options

Hello

Would anyone happen to know if there is a 'secret' button combo that enables the full set of AV programming options (Barista, Technician, Factory and Roaster) to be accessed on the GB/5 EE? The software manual only describes how to access the Barista and Factory options on the EE (I'm particularly interested in the Pre-Brewing option which is listed as a Technician option).

(I'm using rev 1.15 of the firmware)

• BARISTA MENU : Free access
• ROASTER MENU : push n.5 times the first button of the left button box
• TECHNICIAN MENU : push n.5 times the second button of the left button box
• FACTORY MENU : push n.5 times the third button of the left button box

Thanks for the reply! I think the button sequences listed are applicable only to the AV model (e.g. the EE model does not have a button box).

Kinda odd why the pre-brewing option isn't available on the EE given it probably shares the same firmware as the AV?

I am guessing the flowmeter controls the pre-brewing and the EE has no flowmeter.

Edit: I just looked in the manual and it is time based so it might have nothing to do with the flowmeter.

Just found out from those helpful folks at LM USA (take note Europe!) that the EE and AV models don't share the same firmware. A pre-infusion option may be added to the EE in the future.
