Can anybody help. The portafilters will engage in the holders most times, however on several occasions the portafilters will engage but not lock across fully. When the water is switched on it flows through the portafilters momentarily, then spews down the sides. I have cleaned the water filters, holders and nothing cures the problem. If I leave the machine off for 24 hours, the fault normally clears and the portafilters will engage and lock all the way, the unit works fine again. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
