Unit was working fine until yesterday when I turned it on. It will pump cold water using the main start/stop dispenser button in the middle, but otherwise just makes a repeated soft clicking noise.

I appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,
Bruce

Is the steam boiler pressurized? If you turn the steam knob, does steam come out? Maybe it's as simple as a stuck vacuum breaker valve. See False pressure/no heat on start up for more information.

Does the vacuum breaker valve go by another term? The manual lists these parts:

= Hot water solenoid valve
= Milk solenoid valve
= Steam solenoid valve
= Boiler supply solenoid valve
= Tank supply solenoid valve
= Coffee solenoid valve
= Pressure gauge
= Pressure switch
= Volumetric pump
= Anti-suction valve
= Overpressure valve
= Check valve
= Boiler safety valve

Thanks,
Bruce

Bruce,
I believe the translation would be Anti-Suction valve. In this case Vacuum in Italian translates to Suction. And the Vacuum Valve is to prevent any negative pressure (or vacuum) in the boiler. So Anti-Suction should be the one.
