No, no, no!! Must resist, don't need another espresso machine. The Speedster would be the only thing I would sell my beloved Elektra (and wife, kids, car, motorcycle...) to get. They have rumored at a production run of these for a couple of years now. Chris Tacy will probably be #1 in line for this baby.

Wow, that is incredible. Something has to be done to stop it. If this machine comes to market, it will destroy families and cause incurable espresso machine envy.

I hope there's a version for North American power -- last I inquired, he was only planning to do a 220V version.

Doesn't everyone have a 30 amp 220 run to their espresso bar? I also dropped 2 20 amp 110's and a filtered, regulated ½ inch water mains. The wife thinks I am a bit excessive; I just like to think of it as prepared.

I can almost guarantee, the speedster will be nearly three times the cost of a sixties series Elektra. I would guess near $10K with shipping.

Alright, we have a $10K number. Let's start hearing the complaints about how overpriced it is! ;)

Why complain about the price of outright artwork? If you weren't wanting to pay the super-premium for the artwork, couldn't you just buy a GS3?
