Hello,

I just got My new Izzo Duetto and is having problems getting it to draw water from the reservoir,

The Instructions i got with the machine is not exactly the best I've seen.

I followed them as best i could.

1. lever is pointing straight down and and steam and water valve is closed, and hoses in the water tank
All power switches turned off, when i turn on main power the pump starts but no water is drawn.

Any suggestions to what i do wrong?

Eric, thank you for the link.

But still can't find a solution to my problem.

When i look at the water hose i can see it pulls/sucks the water inside about 1 inch, but not further.

I believe I opened my steam valve to help purge the air when I initially hooked up mine in this same way. Also, make sure the switch behind the drip tray is set to "Reservoir" and not "Mains". Good luck - hope everything works out.

Tried that, no luck.

I'll call the dealer tomorrow.

It's working!:)

Looks like it was air in the hose blocking the water,

Glad it's working. Please give us a review once you've used the machine!
