I have to say after the email I received from Chris Coffee Service, that I'm happy with how they responded. Great customer service isn't something that happens by accident, it's something that's done when things happen.

Well it's been almost 2 weeks with my machine and I can definitely say that I love this machine. I may start another thread for October shipments.

Yeah I love the machine, there's little things that I would love to be improved however I can deal at this point and CC ended up taking care of me properly.
