Hello,
I recently had my 10 year old Quickmill Andreja serviced for the first time other than routine cleaning. It sounds better now when brewing (pump is quieter, water flows faster), however there are a couple of issues that need to be resolved.

First off, if the grind is too fine water will flow from the drain valve continuously while the shot is pulled. Also, it will leak from behind the grouphead where it attaches to the machine with a cardboard looking gasket.

Is this an adjustment I can do relatively easy, or should I bring it back to the shop? The shop is a bit out of the way and they have a bit of wait time, so I would prefer if I could do it myself if it isn't too extensive.

and they have a bit of wait time . . .
Even not knowing the full story of what was done on your machine, there should be ZERO wait time for the service facility to correct these issues.

Both problems you describe should, most definitely, not exist regardless of grind level.
