I received my new Alex Duetto from Bella Barista in the UK yesterday. Not used it much yet but so far really pleased. Here's a pic of it next to my Mazzer Royal:

Does the front panel flex when you insert the porta handle ? How is the overall fit & finish quality ?

If you really crank the portafilter then there is a small amount of flex, but nothing significant. It feels really solid actually. Also I haven't found any sharp edges so far.
