Williams Sonoma, they match my plates, soup bowls etc and are practically indestructible. Have kids? Priorities clarify and hard to break becomes pretty important.

If you move the paddle just enough to activate the pump manually controlling the pressure is much easier. Got mine on Thursday and it's an amazing machine.

For recent purchasers, did you order from LM Home directly? Or from a dealer like Chris's, Clive, etc?
Also wondering what the total wait time was, from order to bench test/QA, to your doorstep?

I ordered mine from Chris' Coffee on a Friday and got it the next Thursday. It was a 2 day trip on the truck. I don't think Chris got the machine in until Monday. It was a nice Christmas gift to myself .

I'm wondering... To the new owners.... What pressure do you get at the group gauge with a blind PF? 8 or 9 bar?

Just under 10 on the top of the brew group and just over 10 on the panel gauge. I just ran home and checked.
