During the summer months, the water coming into the house is much warmer, up to 70 degrees fahrenheit. At this temperature, I could easily achieve a 204 degree extraction. Now that winter is around the corner, I'm finding that it's difficult to reach those temperatures. The machine briefly outputs 202 degree water, then quickly falls off to around 195-197 degrees. Do I need to increase the boiler pressure? Is that the standard procedure to raise the temperature of the water coming out of the grouphead?

It is normal to tune the boiler pressure on my levers when ambient temp deviates significantly
No Espresso = Depresso
