I agree with you, Rocket are usually very helpful and respond quickly. I am going to Milan next summer and invited myself over for a visit... they said: "sure, come over and we'll have some coffee".

What kind of water are you using? My friend and I have the premium plus machines. He has a special water filtration system and the machine won't recognize the presence of this water in the machine and the boiler will not heat up. He almost returned the machine by mail to the manufacturer before I told him to try tap water or Brita filtered water. His machine started right up.

Indeed, this same problem was recently reported in Giotto Evoluzione won't refill boiler a few days ago.
