Hello:
Tampers?
At first, the bottom of a glass hot sauce bottle of suitable dimensions.
But I don't think it counts as a formal tamper although it worked quite well, till it fell on the floor.
So it would have to be three.
One for my first Nemox type machine, now used with my Cimbali Jr. D/1 - made from Telrin
no decent tampers sold in my country, so I built my own
One for my 1960's Europiccola - made recycling steamship engine valve and a plastic ball for a handle
My Pavoni Shirley's new tamper
Last of all, the one that came along when I purchased the D/1 - maybe OEM issue?
This last one is one too many, methinks. Use it only when I cannot find the other one.

When I started espresso: lava tamper convex 58mm
When I could afford a better one: RB 58mm
Now I use: VST tamper (yes its really expensive totally worth it as it is way more comfortable than my RB ...perfect fit for VST baskets)
