Help with Replacement OPV Expansion Seat

This is the first time I've taken this apart (I'm getting the infamous squealing on my Anita) and I want to be 100% sure on this.

I decided to do a cleaning of my replacement seat on Anita and I want to be sure I put it back together properly (the seat fell out).

Am i correct in assuming that the small knob fits on the spring and it is flipped upside down? Image
