Help fix Crossland CC1 v1.5 with busted plastic pipe

hi,
anyone know where i can get a replacement pipe seen below for crossland cc1 v1.5?




what happen:
i was getting ready to froth some milk with the cc1, i accidentally press the left button in which cause the the plastic pipe in the cc1 to burst.

Bill, can you explain what might have caused that?

BTW Alex, if you do not realize why BillC can send you one, it is because the "C" is Crossland!!

How do I remove the steam wand nozzle on the Crossland CC1.5? It does does not unscrew like I expected it would. The rubber steam wand grip has dried out, cracked and split into two pieces. I need to get the nozzle off to slide a new rubber grip onto the steam wand.

Also, does anyone know if I need to purchase a steam wand grip with an 8mm or 10mm inside diameter?
