What is your 'new' water?
The 'no water' sensor depends on the water having some degree of electrical conductivity. If you are using deionized, reverse osmosis or distilled water, the water will not conduct current and the machine will think it has no water. If you are using this kind of water, you will need to add a little 'hard' water to it, or even a tiny bit of salt. The sensor is in that little white cup your tank's dispenser fits into - you'll also need to take the existing water out of this cup before you put conductive water into it.
Hope this is the problem, which is almost instantly fixable. Cheers.
