Some interesting videos re Bezzera & Rocket - not the least of which would be a forthcoming dual boiler machine from Rocket.

I was wondering about the PID on the new Rocket as I've seen pictures and no LCD/buttons.
In the video they show their prototype. Man, what is that? A flat cable to connect the control box with the LCD? If I understand you have to turn the machine off to connect it then turn the machine on? Are we in the 80's???
Márcio.

@ Carneiro,
They said it's a prototype. I think they'll attach the PID controller into the machine in the production model.

Wow, that's really enlightening.
Brew pressure setting depends on size and sound of the pump, a great explanation without any word about what pressure they mean (blind filter, brewing), how OPVs are acting with different flows nor the impact of pressure to TDS, flow behave etc. Just "the internet" is wrong...
Also great, that the new Rocket E61 group head is ready within 5 minutes due to its connection to the "large" 1,7l/1400W steam boiler!?
Why aren't manufacturers able and willing to give better and more substantiated answers? It's their business and their benefit too if the speciality coffee scene is growing? Quite frustrating in a time where Nespresso is launching a professional catering machine...
