Spitfire is an espresso blend from Evocation Coffee Roasters. A while ago I ordered their 49 mm espresso blend (designed for lever espresso machines) and their Spitfire blend and have been working off the jars I have put in the freezer. They're currently not selling their coffee online while they open a new shop in Amarillo.

Everything on the Kyocera is easy to replace, but finding replacement parts may be the challenge. Orphan Espresso caries some parts, I see a body, grinds catch cup and cap on there right now, but I don't see a current listing for the handle, nut, or the burr set. I would contact OE if you are in need of replacements to see if they expect to have any available, or watch their site for updated listings.
