I am looking to replace the nylon ferrule in my Eric's thermometer. What size are they and where can I get them? I checked several hardware stores in my area and non had them. A plumbing store had metal ones, but they were the wrong size. Amazon doesn't give me any results for nylon ferrules. A regular google search returns with a few results, but I'm in the blind since I don't know the dimension.

Eric is one of the most competent suppliers and provider of espresso related services I have done business with. He is extremely focused on quality and providing products that work properly from day one. Whatever he commits to he does promptly and correctly.

OK. How do I contact him? Does he have a website? A google search under Eric's thermometer only comes with results for a few vendors of the product. I can't find a website.

The 1/8" nylon ferrules (front and back) are available from any Swagelok distributor. Obviously, from me also but shipping costs exceed the cost of the ferrules.

Just send me an email (below my sig) and I will send you the install document. A thermometer build document is available here: /downloads/ ... _Build.pdf

I think I found it. http://www.swagelok.com/search/find_pro ... -SET&item=

The preview picture on the website looks like something else though.

The correct part number for the front ferrule is NY-203-1 and the correct part number for the rear ferrule is NY-204-1. I buy them in sets, hence the designation NY-200 set, usually about 100 at a time.

If you have a few extra ferrules and copper gaskets can I buy like 5 of each from you. I understand shipping will probably be more expensive than the actual items, so that's no problem.
