Did the pipe cleaner pull out a ton of stuff from one of the pipes?

Some stuff came out, but I can't say there was a torrent of stuff that I noticed. The first blast of steam had a lot of gunk. I left the steam tip off for the first few blast so it wouldn't get gunked up.
