Hi, My ECM Giotto machine is working fine except the steam wand won't release any steam. Everything else is still working...Can someone please give me some advice on how to fix myself and what may be the problem. Many thanks, Scott

I'll assume you verified the boiler is getting to the right pressure, then most likely line/tip is clogged. I would start by sticking a need in the holes and see if clogged. Next I would remove the tip and see if steam comes out. If not, then next you could remove the entire wand and see what happens. If still nothing then then thinkin scale has clogged the valve. Might try to descale the unit. Next would be to take the valve apart. The line to the valve could be clogged, thinking that's not likely, but that would be the next step.

Maybe someone else has better ideas.
