Hello all!

I recently acquired a La Spaziale New EK 3000 single grouphead along with a Quick Mill "Replica" grinder. The machine has spent its' life in service to a small chocolate shop. They look to be in great condition and I can't wait to install it at our house.

My question is this, what type of drainage needs does it require? I already have a reverse osmosis system for the house that I will be plumbing to, but can I just use a bucket to collect the coffee effluent or does it need to be plumbed in as well. We are currently in a rental and I do not want to do anything too invasive to the house's plumbing. Thanks!

It's pretty common to drain into a bucket.
