Citric acid concentration for descaling

After reading various descaling guides posted on HB, I am about ready to descale my Andreja. There is one piece of information I would like to validate before I start. I bought citric acid powder. In the simplified HX descale guide, the suggestion is to mix 25-30 ml of citric acid per liter of water. My question: I need to mix 25-30 ml of POWDER in 1 liter of water, right? I ask because I have seen citric acid SOLUTION and wonder if I should mix 25-30 ml of that stuff in 1 liter of water.
Thanks!
Thanks!

That mix is alright, you dont need to worry about breaking your machine with citric acid when doing complete overhauls, i soak parts in 10-20% citric acid (that is 100-200ml per liter).
