:D Vetrano Lives! :D

Spoke with a tech at Chris' Coffee on Monday about the machine tripping my GFI and no longer turning on. It sounded like one or two things to him: the high-limit reset or the heating element. Most likely the first (and something that seemed within my skill to replace) so he sent me the part and step by step directions with a color photograph. I replaced the part, now Vetrano lives!

Chris' people must really know these machines to be able to diagnose them over the phone. Also, their professional manner and communication skills are top notch.

This experience just drives home the point about how vendor reputation and knowledge should be an integral part of your machine purchase decision. As the old saying goes, what really matters is the service after the sale.........
