Brew pressure adjustments on Rancilio L6

Postby Raybird on Mon Feb 08, 2010 6:49 pm

I believe my pump pressure is too high on my Rancilio L6 as my shots take 8 to 10 seconds, no matter how fine I grind or how much tamping I do. Don't know if there is a way to measure pump pressure or adjust it. Any help on the matter would be much appreciated.

I highly doubt it's the pump pressure. What grinder have you got?

And what beans are you using? Are they fresh?
