Astra programming?

I need to reprogram my Astra GA and reading the booklet is not real helpful. Can anyone point me to or walk me through a step by step. Pictures would be nice:>

Go to Astra's website and get the phone number for Astra. Talk to Richard, or one of the techs. They are very nice, and will help you.

Its a great machine and the ownership of the company is also first rate. Over the years Richard has helped me with yearly cleaning and replacing a couple of parts. My problem is that my hearing is not so good anymore and I can't understand him very well on the phone.
