This thing is idiot proof.
Dialed in my grinder, set the temp to 201 and have been pulling good/excellent shots from week 2 on.
Delicious thick crema, rich and full bodied espresso.
Loving it, but surprised so few folks seem to be jumping on it - yet will Jerry-rig a Silvia and spend $400 more for it. Whatever...
The Ascaso is a sexy little chick.
