Scarlet City Roasters- Warp Drive better that Vivace Dolce!!??? What!!? I was hooked with Vivace Dolce from the first time I tried it. I recently ordered three more bags of the stuff. I must order some Scarlet City Roasters- Warp Drive to compare.

And agree, for me at least, Red Bird Brazil Sweet Blue is my second choice when making my espressos.... I keep going back to Dolce and Sweet Blue every time... the other coffee beans are just sitting there... I will start using those for my wife's latte since she does not mind which one I use for her drink :D

Have you ever tried Big Trouble from Counter Culture Coffee and if so how do they compare?

Only their La Golondrina and it was not for me. I drink only espresso shots... not mixed with milk...

These are the ones that I have tried. Ordered by how I like them. Keep in mind that I am a newbie and still trying out different ones. Their order could simply be related to me not being capable of pulling a decent shot due to my inexperience. Here you go:

Vivace Dolce Espresso
Red Bird Brazil Sweet Blue
Zaza's (local Cuban restaurant that sell their espresso blend beans)
Nossa Familia Full Cycle
Caffe Lusso Gran Miscela Carmo
Lavazza Super Crema Espresso
Klatch WBC
Counter Culture La Golondrina (not my cup of tea... really, to me, it tasted like tea... wife loved it)
Koffe Kult Dark Roast

Thanks for the list. I primarily drink latte's but do drink straight espresso especially when dialing in the machine. One thing I really enjoy about the espresso experience is how much of a dramatic change you can make when adjusting different variables.

I personally don't enjoy Big Trouble as a straight shot. Red Bird is loved by many on the forums and used a lot in milk drinks. I'll check it out as it would be nice to enjoy both worlds.
