http://store.pacificbag.com/clear.aspx Yes, it does.

Price, of course, depends on how many you buy, what size, what style, etc.

As indicated above, they are very expensive when bought in small quantities. I have bought them by the case (either 250 or 500 in a case) and as I recall they got down to around 10 to 15 cents each in that quantity. I haven't bought any in a few years, however.

There are closeouts from time to time and then you can get a better deal.

My own experience with them is that some of the more complicated, multilayer bags made from more than one material do not hold up very well in the freezer. For freezer storage, a single layer bag appears to be best.

EDIT 5/2011: Valve bags holding 1 lb cost a lot more than what I said in the above post. I bought some a few months ago in a quantity of 250 bags and the cost was more like 35 cents a bag.
What, me worry?

For those who might be looking, you might check out e-bay. I found some there that I got for about $.35/bag - when I bought 250. I don't know if that's a good deal or not, but it was the best I could find recently. I got quick delivery and the bags are quite sufficient.

My roaster has been supplying me with beans in these types of bags. I recently asked him if there was another way to package the beans since these bags aren't biodegradable or recyclable and can't be burned. I hated just chucking them in the landfill. I asked him if I could just give him my own containers but health regulations won't allow outside containers into the roastery. He's a good guy and has ordered another type of bag that he says will address my concerns. Hopefully they will.

Sweet maria's has them here

Its not much cash to get a few and the zip-loc top looks convenient and reusable. I bet they could hook you up with bulk for less if you ask nice.

I like those. I've been reusing 10 of them to freeze larger orders of coffee for the past year. The zip tops are the eventual point of failure. They last longer if you under-fill them a little.
