www.orphanespresso.com: lever espresso machine parts, manual grinders

Want to order from SocialCoffeeCompany.com, would these be good?

As I mentioned in other posts I got a super automatic machine and it works great and makes great espressos, coffees, and I even tried it with herbal coffee (http://www.teeccino.com) and tea/herbal tea through the bypass and all work great.

In the bean container I use a grocery store brand light roast I really liked in my other single cup brewer (which had a near-0 pressure pump) and is even better in the new machine and it makes perfect espressos, here's a video of it doing a double espresso:

As some of you mentioned in another thread I would get much better coffee if I bought it freshly roasted and Social Coffee was in the list that was recommended. Firstly what are the major differences I will see compared to the beans in the sealed bags at the grocery store?

I prefer a light roast but also like mediums and can't stand a dark roast, they all taste like brewing cigarette ash to me. I'm thinking of ordering these 3, would these be good?

8505-12oz El Salvador Finca Alaska (12oz bag) - Whole Bean $16.00
8303-12oz Rise & Shining Path Breakfast Blend (12oz bag) - Whole Bean $13.00
8101-12oz People's Daily Espresso (12oz bag) - Whole Bean $12.00

They also say not to use oily beans in my machine, will all light roasts be not oily?

Thanks

I would stick to one blend and order a couple bags to try. People's Daily is very good. Order on Monday so you get fresh coffee.
