Just wanted to plug these coffees, since I don't imagine they'll be around that long. I also have to say that I think this sort of thing should be encouraged. My favorite right now is the Panama Elida, just because I've never tasted an espresso remotely like it, with a huge honey, caramel, and dried fruit hit. I've been pulling much lower-dosed shots than the folks at Verve do, at 14 grams, and the coffees all seem to like a pretty tight ristretto treatment at that dosage. Enjoy.
