Plume is one of my favorite spots in the city. I second the recommendation. Haven't been in a while but last time I was there they were serving Verve.
You may want to try In Gamba as well, they have a huge selection of US roasters. I can't remember if Verve was one of them.

They don't sell Verve at Gamba. From what I know, Plume is the only one selling Verve in Montreal. As for Caffè in Gamba, they do have a good variety of roasters but since the turnover isn't that high it is hard to get fresh roasted coffe over there besides St-Henri (same owner) and Intelli (on the lower shelves).

Which of the Verve offerings--for either espresso or brewed--to y'all like best?

I tend to change beans quite often based on their offerings. But I have to say the Ethiopian Kochere SOE was especially nice. As to brewed coffee, I'd have to go look at my empty bags later (yes, I keep them... yes, I know...) to help me remember.

I like the verve espresso; you can make some very good coffee with the kochere and the Santa Rosa, the two current soe offerings; free shipping by usps
