Sweet Maria's DP Ethiopian Koratie - Page 6

Well, well. Another welcomed into the fold
Amazing how these coffee's have so much other than what folks would call "coffee taste."
Glad you're enjoying it. I must have missed my roast degree a bit, or I need to change profile on my batch.
Even though it's a pretty hard bean, I'm gonna try a P3 profile on the Behmor.
It gets a little cocoa-ish after about 6-7 days as well.

They're still selling a delicious Koratie at Blue Bottle in SF - picked up a fantastic half pound on Saturday, a sweet, mellow berry bomb at 195 five days after roast.

Blue Bottle SO Idido Misty Valley shot is still about be I've ever tasted so I bet the Koratie terrific too. Did you have them pull a shot on their lever machine or only at home?

I've been drinking the WP Koratie roasted to FC as French Press this week and it is still wonderful.

Only at home, but now that you mention it, I'll likely be back in the city this week and will see if I can arrange that...
