On my last Ring of Fire order, I added a sampler of Palermo, Norte, Originale and Bella Luna. All but the Palermo are part of my regular Supreme Bean rotation. I'd always avoided the Palermo, wrongly thinking it would be very dark. Happily, Palermo was a big surprise.
Pulled normale to ristretto @ ~202°F, it's an exciting blend of chocolate covered nuts and fruit. The missus says it makes a very delicious latte.
Definitely on the short list.
AND Supreme Bean will bag in ½ pounds, making "Better Espresso thru Freezing" a snap.
