Suggestions for forgiving coffees?

I'm looking for suggestions for temperature / technique forgiving coffees offered by the roasters on the marketplace. I bought my Achille in December and have been using only homeroasted SO and blended from SweetMarias, and thought that I'd try professionally roasted beans. Thank you in advance for your help.
