BTW all, this blend has actually been altered a bit and now seems to be more tolerant of fuller extractions and shorter duration pulls, etc. I noticed when I got my last bag, and when I was in the cafe a few weeks ago I mentioned it and whoever was behind the counter (I think it was Chris?) said the current version was no longer requiring the face melter technique. ;-)
