Hi,

I really don't think you need a 'signature' drink. The general standard of espresso based drinks in France is so low, that if you can make a decent espresso, that in itself will truly set you apart from the rest. A couple of weeks ago I paid almost 6 Euro for a cappa and it was almost undrinkable. Actually it was undrinkable, but I forced myself since I'd already parted with my money.

I'm not meaning to be rude, but if you can concentrate on making quality espresso you will be light years ahead of the competition.

Good luck, Chris

Bon soir,

Bonne Chance!

Hi

Thanks for your answer. But I'm so Ok with you. In France we drink a very bad coffee.
Actually, the best coffee for french is George Cloney. It's a progress .... before it's 'l'or' or 'Senseo'. a very bad coffee, for me.

I've open a coffee Shop / Espresso Bar in province in France in a town of 100,000 people.
I want to educate and demonstrate that the good coffee is not what we drink today in France.

But France are more exciting for cocktail than Starbucks coffee. I don't want to work with this image.
I want to sell a good coffee. But lot of French thinks he doesn't like coffee. But I think he doesn't know what is a good coffee.

It's for that, I search a good recipe with coffee for them.
Actually I propose, espresso with a fabulous coffee 'Daterra Bruzzi', cappuccino, latte, and other type of coffee. Hario Dripper, Siphon.
and other drink than I hope to be destroy on my menu quickly :)

Thanks a lot... I hope to you can read my post... (I speak very bad English :()

Votre but est louable.
