yes exactly. it would stay in there because the jar doesnt get tipped.
when you pour out the beans you also pour out the co2 which is what you want to stay in there.
if you scooped would you introduce less air into the mix?
thats the theory at least.
i dont think it really make much difference for me personally at my current 2 lbs a week rate.
i just thought there might be some interesting discussion about it. i like odd topics.
