Enjoying this one - I think Ritual has already rotated onto a new single origin for the sweet tooth. They rotate a different single origin espresso as their Sweet Tooth offering.
I'm pulling it pretty much as they describe on my Linea Mini, 17-18g in a 17gr basket. The beans are quite small and dense, so it isn't as much of an overdose as it seems. So 18g in, 30-34g beverage weight out, 32 second pull at 201f. I'm now on 11 days since roasting and about to run out.
Has a lot of brightness, but it is pleasant and strongly tastes of oranges. oranges and chocolate together and ends with a very pleasant crisp bitterness. Spectacular as an espresso, but it gets lost in milk. It is so good as espresso, it is a shame to put milk in it actually.
