Stopped by Flora Grubb gardens, as suggested by Jim Wright. Ritual is having an all-Brazil week, and I picked up a bag of the Daterra Sweet Blue. They had one hand-marked "Espresso Roast", which was still quite light: four days out of the roaster and no trace of oil. Lots of amaretto at a fairly low (14 g) dose and a fairly high temperature. Check it out.

Darn it, I wish I had seen this post yesterday! Ah well, hopefully they'll still have some next week.

I was in the city last night and stopped by the Valencia outpost, trying the current Sweet Tooth and the new seasonal espresso blend (St. Clementine) and picking up a bag of the latter, which was absolutely delicious - very juicy, sweet and mellow like citrus juice but less acidic, perhaps a combo of citrus juicy and stonefruit juicy, hmmm. Will have to try from the bag and think more about what this tastes like, but in any event, another thumbs up.
