I've heard PNG's have been outstanding this year. My first year in coffee so no point of reference. Looking for recommendations

Agreed on the good year for PNGs.

Pourover? I use medium grind, 200*F, 40g coffee to 600g water. Start there and adjust as needed, based on your preferences.

Elevation?
Charge size?
Roasting equipment?
Typica?

Typically we put these questions over in the "Roasting" forum rather than "Coffee."

Sorry. My communication skills are at an all-time low. I am looking for a recommendation of an SO PNG whole bean roasted coffee to purchase and make a V60 pour over with.

Looks like paradise roasters has one too. Haven't tried it yet tho.
I drink two shots before I drink two shots, then I drink two more....
