I've heard PNG's have been outstanding this year. My first year in coffee so no point of reference. Looking for recommendations

Agreed on the good year for PNGs.
Pourover? I use medium grind, 200*F, 40g coffee to 600g water. Start there and adjust as needed, based on your preferences.

Elevation?
Charge size?
Roasting equipment?
Typica?
Typically we put these questions over in the "Roasting" forum rather than "Coffee."
