Peet's to buy Diedrich

I saw in the L.A. Times this morning that Peet's has agreed to buy Diedrich Coffee. Does this include Kean in Newport or is that another Diedrich?

Kean Coffee is owned/operated by Martin Diedrich but the coffeehouse chain Diedrich Coffee has no affiliation with the Diedrich family (other than their name still being on the chain that they founded and once owned).
