I just wanted to post a quick link to a special offering of Panama Elida Klatch did recently, in case anyone else finds it interesting:

Elide Estate Collection

This particular bundle includes three different versions of the same coffee from the same farm, each of which is roasted to a similar finish. The only difference among the three samples is the processing method: washed, honey, or natural. I really enjoyed doing a side-by-side cupping of these three, and experiencing the ways that processing changes the result, holding everything else as constant as possible. Since it is rare to find a high quality coffee available in all three preps, I thought it was well worth paying a little extra.

The coffees are sold in very nice little tins which I will save and reuse.
